I received John's three voicing videos (Voicing 1 & 2 and Advanced Voicing). They are truly outstanding. I learned a lot, and they will certainly influence (for the better) my approach to voicing future instruments. I highly recommend them.

John, my only suggestion would be that, at the end, I really wanted to hear how the finished instruments sounded that you voiced in the videos; I would love to hear soundclips if you have any available!

Kelby,

Thanks for the nice comments. Thanks for the suggestion, but since I've
only finished off one of the four thus far I can;t get samples of them! That
would have been nice though. I'm really glad you enjoyed the videos and
got some use out of them.

John, maybe next time you can make a DVD on how to make DVDs!
what do you think of that?

BTW, your DVDs rock!

John-

I've probably watched these sets of videos at least 10 times and still find something new each time. Thanks for making them. Good stuff there, Cracka-J.

sorry to dig up an older thread, but i was wondering, would these videos be helpful for someone working on his first guitar? Should I just build to print and after a few venture out into voicing?

thanks Hesh.. I'd rather not just put one together with print specs if I could learn somewhat how to make improvements. Of course I realize it won't be improved as much as someone with many guitars built, but every little bit will help.
